So we try to avoid it

Even when we need it most,

Even at the cost of our happiness.

It seems easier to accept what is

But unhappiness is never easy,

So don’t avoid change –

Embrace it!

Change enriches you.

It gives you

New life,

New courage,

New strength,

New hope,

New dreams.
