Dare to make a change!
Just one 
can change your whole life.
Just one can make you so much happier.
But change can be scary.
It's not always easy.
Often we try to avoid it,
even when we need it most,
and even at the cost
of our happiness.
But unhappiness is never easy.
There is a way out.
It is spelled  change.
One change
that can change everything.

Don't let fear hold you back.
When you let fear control you,
you lose what could have been yours.
We have more to gain by change
than we have to lose.

The truth is change is simply a part of life,
whether we initiate it,
or life forces it upon us,
so we might as well embrace it
and make the most of it,
and embrace the good things it gives,
and opportunities it provides.
Change enriches.
It can give you a new life.
It makes you stronger.
It makes you more hopeful.
It makes you braver.
It helps you to dream bigger.

So go ahead.
Dare to make a change.
Make the change you know in your heart
will be best for you.
You will be glad you did.
